Smoking and drinking

The evolution of cigars with alcohol can be described in the next way:

- during the first third alcohol dominates

- during the second third smoking get the equilibrium

- during the last third cigar becomes more "aggressive" and starts to dominate over the alcohol.

Recommendations on choosing the combination of "cigar - alcohol":

- Wine, as good wines become better if to drink them with cigars from Honduras and Nicaragua.

- Whisky with habanas is good combination.

- Cognac and brandy are classical drinks for cigars. Wooden and flower tones of the wine background make the taste of cigars more vivid.

- Bourbon is the universal drink for cigars. Any kinds of cigars are good for this drink but the ideal combination is bourbone and strong thick cigars.

- Porto – strong cigars with the sweet spice aroma will be good with this drink.

- Rum. The light rum will be good with mild and middle-strong cigars.

In general, both the spirits and cigars have different taste and aroma qualities that produce different effects.

That is why the universal recommendation is the only one that is: "try, experiment and combine."
